Transition related issues post-function: add an option to trigger the WorkflowManualTransitionExecutionEvent

Currently, the Transition Related Issues post-function transitions related issues with the "automaticTransition" option on, which disables the WorkflowManualTransitionExecutionEvent. We should add an option to no set the automaticTransition option on the call.
