Expose the changelog variable exposed in the /triggered payload to Nunjucks

We should expose the changelog variable exposed in the /triggered payload to Nunjucks, in the context.

We expose it through the context.changelog global variable.

We might also want to take advantage of it somehow in post-functions, if needed anywhere.
