Create Issue(s) post-function: Cannot set the Request Participants field when creating a JSD request

If you configure the Create Issue(s) post-function to create a new JSD customer request (by specifying the Customer Request Type) and at the same time specify a value for the Request Participants field, the post-function will fail. This is due to the fact that JSD does not allow creating a customer request with a Request Participants field value.
We need a workaround for that.
