Error while creating schedule action

Error pop-up is shows while creating schedule action.

STR

1. Navigate to Scheduled Action page

2. Click on New Scheduled Action button.

3. Provide name, JQL and post function to the scheduled action.

4. Click on Save button and verify the error on the page.

5. Error: "TypeError: schema.findOrCreate(...).spread is not a function"
