Log in as a Jira admin in your cloud instance.
Click on the admin icon(cog wheel) at the top right and click on “Issues”
Click on “Custom fields” under “FIELDS” in the left panel.
Search for the desired field in the search box in the “Custom fields” page. Click on the three dots at the right of the target field and select “Context and default value”
Click on “Edit Options” in the field configuration page.
Now, hover on the “Edit” button of the desired option(here, “Recurring incident”) and look at the URL below to find the id of this option.
