1. Log in to JIRA as an administrator.
2. Go to the Administration icon  and click on it.
3. Locate Add-ons from the menu and click on it.
4. Click on User properties editor.
5. Search for the user you wish to edit properties of, in the Select a user search field.
6. To edit the Key of the user property, hover on the Key field, to find a edit icon Image Added icon. 
7. Click on it and change the Key. Click on Update.
8. To edit the Value of the user property, hover on the Value field, to find a edit icon Image Added icon. 
9. Click on it and change the Value. Click on Update.

6. Click on Delete for the user property you wish to delete.
