Objective of the document:
The objective of this document is to give the JIRA administrator users to Install the JIRA Misc Workflow Extensions plugin. At the end of the document the user will be able to Install the JMWE in local server, uninstall(if needed) and customize JIRA workflows using the features provided in JMWE plugin.
