JMWE for Jira Cloud 1.2.13-AC release notes

This version brings the following changes:

The Email Issue(s) post-function now makes sure users don't receive multiple emails when they are part of multiple “recipients” options
The sum filter can now automatically convert string values into numbers
Post-functions that operate on linked or target issues now consider both directions of a symmetrical issue link type (e.g. “relates to”/“relates to”) as one, just like Jira does
Event-based actions can now listen to Comment Updated and Comment Deleted events
